What customers say
Check-engine light on. Two shops quoted a $1,400 catalytic converter. This shop found a $90 sensor. Sent me a photo before doing anything. That's the whole review.
Brakes measured and shown to me on my phone. They told me the rears had another year and only did the fronts. Who does that?
Pre-purchase inspection on a used SUV I was about to buy. Found a head-gasket leak the seller 'didn't know about.' $149 saved me $4,000.

Questions people ask before they call
Do I need an appointment?
For diagnostics and most repairs, yes, and same-week is normal. Oil changes and tire work are walk-in weekdays before 3 PM.
What does the $129 diagnostic cover?
Up to an hour of real diagnosis: scope, smoke test, live data, not just a code reader. If you approve the repair, the $129 comes off the bill.
Do you work on European cars?
Yes, but tell us the make when you call. Parts and labor run higher and we'd rather say so up front.
Can I bring my own parts?
Tires, yes. Other parts, usually no: we can't warranty a part we didn't source, and the warranty is the point.
How do I pay?
Card, cash, or check when you pick up. No deposit for repairs under $1,500.
Light on? Noise? Something leaking?
Call and describe it. We'll tell you what it usually is and what it usually costs before you drive over.
