The basics have flat prices on the pricing page: a Google Tune-Up is $349, websites start at $899, and Callsmith Protect is $149 a month. AI and cloud work get a written scope and one fixed price before anything starts. Never hourly.
Do I need to move to the cloud?
Not always. If your files sit on one computer with no backup, backup may be the first fix. If your team needs files from the job site or home, a move to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace may help. We tell you which, if either, is worth doing.
Who owns everything?
You do. Domains, Google profile, phone tools, cloud accounts and backups are all set up in your name, and you keep every login. If you leave, everything stays with you.
What if you can’t help?
Then we say so. Sometimes the fix is a $30 tool, a better voicemail, or nothing at all. We’d rather tell you than sell you something you don’t need.
