- Do you charge by the hour?
- Not for local moves. Flat rate after the walkthrough. Hourly only for load/unload labor where you supply the truck.
- Is there a deposit?
- None for local moves. Long-distance moves take 20% at booking, refundable up to 7 days before the move date.
- Are you licensed for interstate?
- Yes: Colorado PUC household-goods carrier plus USDOT registration. Both numbers are on every truck and every quote.
- What if something breaks?
- Basic valuation is included; full-value protection is available on the quote. We've paid two claims in six years, both the same week.
