Callsmith was founded in 2026 by Ben, a business owner with a background in marketing, finance, and technology.
Callsmith works with every client directly: the first call, the scope, the build, and the call when something needs changing.

Why the name
A locksmith makes locks work. Callsmith started with the phone, the first place a business loses work. It grew to cover the whole path from first inquiry to finished job: being found, answering, quoting and following up, and the systems and backups everything runs on.
We’re new in 2026, so we promise the work, not a result. The examples on this site are demonstrations, not client results.

Websites, Google, AI and most cloud work are done by phone, video and screen share, in accounts in your name. Calls and texts are answered the same day, Mon–Sat 7 AM–6 PM Mountain Time.
On site, when it’s needed
Most work needs no visit. When a job does need someone on site, like moving files off an office server, we say so up front and plan it into the written scope and price.

- Work, not promises We never guarantee rankings, jobs, or revenue. If we can’t see it, we don’t claim it.
- You own everything We hold Manager access, which you can revoke.
- Google’s rules are our rules No bought, gated, or incentivized reviews. No fake listings. No name stuffing.
- Texts only to people who asked We won’t build anything that texts people who didn’t ask. The missed-call text-back sends one text, from your own number, with opt-out in the first line. Never marketing.
