What you’d be agreeing to.
Before you pay anything, you get the full written agreement to read and sign. This page is what’s in it, so nothing in it is a surprise. Last updated October 7, 2026.
This page is a plain-words summary, written from the terms already published on this site. The document you sign is the agreement. If this page and your signed agreement ever differ, the signed agreement wins — and please tell us, because it means this page needs fixing.
1. The scope comes first, in writing
Before any work starts you get the exact list of what we’ll do, what access we need, which number we’ll measure, and when we’ll review it. Nothing starts until you say yes. If your records include health information, payment card numbers or other data the law regulates, tell us before we scope. The scope then says how it’s handled, including any agreement the law requires (such as a HIPAA business associate agreement), and nothing starts until that’s in place.
2. The price, and when you pay
The flat price from our pricing page, written into the agreement. Tune-Up: paid in full to start. Website: half to start, half before launch. Monthly plans: charged from launch. AI and cloud work: one fixed price written into the scope, never hourly; half to start, half at handoff; any vendor subscription is in your name and listed in the scope with its monthly cost. Any promotion shown on the pricing page when you sign is written into the agreement.
3. The guarantee
The Documented-Work Guarantee. Every change on the agreed list is made and documented with a before-and-after screenshot; anything we missed is fixed at no charge. We record your call-button taps on day 0 and review them at day 60, and you see the result whatever it says. We don’t promise the number goes up. Conditions: Manager access within 3 business days, the changes not undone, and the profile not already suspended for something like fake reviews.
4. The Tune-Up Credit
What you actually paid for the Tune-Up comes off a website invoice or your first Grow invoice when you buy either within 60 days of the Tune-Up finishing. One use.
5. Month-to-month, and leaving
Protect, Grow and Text-Back are month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days’ notice in writing — a text counts. No long contract.
6. You own everything
Your domain, Google listing, website, analytics and business number are in your name from day one. We hold Manager access, which you can revoke at any time. We never ask for your passwords. If you leave, you get a full copy of your site and every login within 14 days.
7. Your side of the deal
For Protect, Grow and Text-Back: when a missed caller texts back, you, or someone you name, replies within two business hours. A missed caller nobody gets back to is still a lost job. If you can’t commit to that, we won’t sell you the plan.
8. How the text-back works
One text, only to someone who just called you, from your own registered business number, identifying your business, with opt-out in the first message. STOP is honored instantly. No follow-up sequences and no marketing texts, ever. You approve the exact message and settings before it goes live on your number. Your customers’ phone numbers belong to you, and text-back logs are deleted after 90 days.
9. Support
Replies within 4 business hours, Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 6 PM. Included: configuration changes and one number or message change a month. Not included: your phone carrier, your handset, or your job-management software — we’ll point you to the right company. If the text ever fails, your phone still rings.
10. What we won’t do
We never buy, gate or reward reviews. We never promise rankings, jobs or revenue. We never edit a Google profile without the access you gave us, and we never stuff keywords into your business name. We’ll stop work if asked to break one of these.
11. Where we use AI
In our own work, AI drafts and a person approves: review replies, posts, and copy are read by someone before they go out in your name. In an AI solution built for you, the scope says exactly what the AI does, what it may never do, and who sees its output. Where an AI talks to your customers — such as after-hours answering — it identifies itself as an assistant, you approve every word of its script before it goes live, a person receives every message, and you can switch it off at any time. We don’t build anything that texts people who didn’t ask, writes or buys reviews, pretends to be a person, or promises a result. The tool’s own terms and limits are written into the scope, and we tell you where it can be wrong.
12. Cloud work
Every migration follows a written plan with a cutover date and a way back, and the old system stays available until you confirm everything moved. Accounts, subscriptions and data are in your name; we hold only the admin access you grant, and you can revoke it at any time. We access your files only to move or protect them, and keep no copies after handover. A backup is not finished until we have restored a file from it with you. We never hold your data or accounts hostage: if you leave, you keep everything and get every login within 14 days. The provider’s terms, limits and monthly costs are written into the scope.
