Respond, quote and follow up

Answer every inquiry. Follow up on every quote.

Calls you can’t pick up on a job. Forms nobody sees until tonight. Quotes that never get a second nudge. Callsmith sets up AI and automation that answer, organize, draft estimates and follow up. It runs in your own accounts, and a person stays in charge of what goes out.

Rather talk it through? Book a 15-minute call. No pitch, just a plain answer.

AI handles the busywork. You do the work.

What we build

From first reply to booked job.

Someone found you and reached out. Whether that becomes a job depends on what happens next: a quick answer, a clear quote, and a follow-up that doesn’t slip. These are the pieces we build for that part of the path.

Inquiries

One place for every inquiry

Calls, form fills, texts and emails land in one organized list with who, what and where. Nothing gets lost in a voicemail box or a second inbox.

Calls

AI receptionist

Answers when you can’t, says it’s an assistant, takes the name, job and address, texts you a summary, and offers a callback. You decide what happens next.

Missed calls

Missed-call text-back

When a call goes unanswered, the caller gets one text from your own business number, so the conversation keeps going. Protect bundles it with website hosting, review replies and a monthly report.

$149 /mo with Protect · Text-Back only $99/mo

Website

Website assistant

Answers common questions on your website at any hour, says it’s an assistant, and collects quote requests. It’s set up to answer only from the information you give it, and you get every conversation.

Estimates

Estimate and quote drafting

Turns your notes, voice memos or job photos into a draft estimate in your format, with your prices. You check it and send it.

Follow-up

Follow-up that actually happens

Drafts the nudge on open quotes, appointment reminders and review requests, on a schedule you set. You approve what goes out.

Back office

Paperwork and data entry

Reads invoices, forms and emails and puts the numbers where they belong, so nobody types them twice.

Anything else

Custom AI systems

Connects the tools you already use, like your calendar, job software, spreadsheets and inbox, so you’re not copying the same details from one tool to the next.

Not on the list? Ask anyway. If you can describe it, we’ll tell you plainly whether AI can do it.

Tell us the problem

How an AI job runs

From problem to working system.

  1. 01 / The problemTell us what’s slowing you down.

A few sentences on the form, or a 15-minute call. Explain it the way you’d explain it to a new hire.

  2. 02 / The answerGet a plain answer.

An off-the-shelf tool fixes it, it needs building and connecting, or it isn’t worth doing. If a $30 tool does the job, we say so.

  3. 03 / The priceOne fixed price, in writing.

What it does, what it may never do, who sees its output, and the monthly cost of any tool in your name. Never hourly. Nothing starts until you say yes.

  4. 04 / The handoverBuilt, tested, yours.

Tested on your real work, set up in your accounts, and handed over with the limits in writing.

The rules we build by

AI you can put your name on.

  • It drafts. You approve. Estimates, quote follow-ups, reminders and review requests: a person signs off before anything goes out in your name.
  • It says what it is. Where an AI talks to your customers, it says it’s an assistant, follows a script you approved, and a person gets every message.
  • You own every account. Tools, files and logins in your name. Switch anything off any time; monthly plans end with 30 days’ notice. No lock-in, and we never hold your data hostage.
  • We say where it can be wrong. You get the limits in writing, not a demo: what it handles, what it hands to you, and where it can make mistakes.

What we won’t build: anything that texts people who didn’t ask, writes or buys reviews, pretends to be a person, or promises a result. Details are in the client agreement.

Questions we get

Straight answers

Will my customers know it’s AI?

Yes. It opens by saying it’s an assistant for your business. If someone would rather talk to a person, it takes their details and offers a callback, and you see every message. We don’t build AI that pretends to be a person.

What does it cost?

Every AI job is different, so each one gets a written scope and one fixed price before anything starts. Never hourly. If a tool needs a monthly subscription, it’s in your name and listed in the scope with its cost. The missed-call text-back has a flat price: $149 a month with Protect, or $99 a month on its own. See pricing.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Tell us the problem in plain words. We set it up and show you how it works, and the written scope says what help you get after handover. If you can read a text message, you can approve a draft.

Who owns it?

You. Every account, tool, file and login is in your name from day one. If you stop working with us, you keep all of it and can switch any piece off yourself.

What if AI isn’t the answer?

Then we tell you. Sometimes the fix is a $30 tool, a better voicemail greeting, a website that makes calling easy, or files moved off one old computer and into the cloud. The free Inquiry-to-Job Review looks at the whole path, not just AI, and “nothing” is an allowed answer.

Tell us the problem. Get a plain answer.

A few sentences is enough. We reply within one business day.
