Our work, in writing

The Documented-Work Guarantee

For Google profile work, such as the Tune-Up.

  • Scope first. You approve the list of changes to your Google profile and the price before any work starts.
  • Proof of work. Every change is documented with a before-and-after screenshot. Anything missed is fixed free.
  • Numbers either way. Your call-button taps are recorded on day 0 and reviewed on day 60, whatever they show.

We never promise rankings, jobs, or revenue, and we don’t put a number on the calls: we show you your own. Conditions are in the client agreement.

AI

AI systems

Scoped and quoted. No price list.

AI for whatever is slowing your business down.

Estimates that go out late. Follow-up that never happens. Paperwork that eats your evenings. Calls after hours. Or something only your business has. Tell us the problem, big or small. We tell you plainly whether an off-the-shelf tool fixes it, whether it needs setting up and connecting to what you already use, or whether it isn’t worth doing.

If there’s a job, you get a written scope and a fixed price before anything starts. Nothing is hourly, and nothing starts until you say yes.

  • It drafts. You approve. Replies, posts, estimates, follow-ups: a person signs off before anything goes out in your name.
  • It says what it is. Where an AI talks to your customers, such as after-hours answering, it identifies itself as an assistant, you approve every word of its script, and a person gets every message.
  • You own every account. Tools in your name, logins in your hands. Switch off any time; plans end with 30 days’ notice.
  • We say where it can be wrong. You get the limits in writing, not a demo.

What we won’t build: anything that texts people who didn’t ask, writes or buys reviews, pretends to be a person, or promises a result.

Cloud

Cloud migration and backup

Scoped and quoted. No price list.

Move to the cloud. Back up what matters.

Files on one old computer. Email through a web host. A server in the closet nobody wants to touch. We move them to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or a cloud platform, set up backups you can actually restore, and tell you plainly when the cloud isn’t worth it.

You get a written scope and one fixed price before anything starts, never hourly. Any monthly subscription is in your name, paid to the provider, and listed in the scope with its cost.

  • A plan with a way back. Every move follows a written plan with a cutover date, and the old system stays available until you’re sure.
  • A backup isn’t done until a restore works. We bring a file back before we call it finished.
  • Your accounts, your data. Everything in your name. No lock-in, and no copies kept after handover.
  • Costs in writing. Every monthly cost is listed before you say yes.

Questions we get

Straight answers

Do I have to sign a contract?

No long contract. You sign a short written agreement so the scope and price are on paper. One-time work is paid per job. Monthly plans cancel with 30 days’ notice, and a text counts.

What’s the difference between Protect and Grow?

Protect texts back the calls you miss and looks after your site and Google profile. Grow adds review requests, Google posts, a quarterly job-site photo visit, and one measurable improvement a month.

Why is there no price on AI and cloud work?

Because every one is a different job. A five-person office moving off an old server and a shop that only needs a backup are very different projects. A plumber who wants estimates out the same day and a shop that wants after-hours calls answered need different tools, different setup, and different amounts of our time. You tell us the problem, we scope it, and you get one fixed price in writing before anything starts. Nothing is hourly, and if the honest answer is “buy this $30 tool and skip us,” we say that.

Who owns the website?

You. Domain, listing, site, analytics, and number are in your name. If you leave, you get every login within 14 days.

Do you need my Google password?

Never. You add us as a Manager, which you can revoke any time.

Can you guarantee I’ll rank #1?

No, and nobody honest can. We guarantee the work, documented, and show you your own day-0 and day-60 numbers.

How does the text-back work?

One text, only to someone who just called you, from your business number, with opt-out instructions in the first message. A STOP reply ends texts to that number. No marketing texts. You approve the exact message before it goes live. We’re not lawyers; if you have questions about texting rules in your industry, check with yours.

How do I pay?
