Who we are
This website is run by Callsmith LLC, Denver, Colorado. By using it you accept these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use it — call or text (983) 777-9327 instead.
What the site is
Information about what we do and what it costs. Prices shown are our current prices and can change; the price that applies to any work is the one written in your agreement before you pay. AI and cloud work carry no listed price; each is quoted in writing. Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept by clicking.
No promises we can’t keep
Nothing on this site promises or predicts search rankings, map position, calls, jobs, customers or revenue. Google says there is no way to request or pay for a better local ranking, and we don’t claim otherwise. What we do guarantee is the work itself: the Documented-Work Guarantee, set out in full in your written agreement. Call-button taps are interactions in your own Google dashboard, not confirmed jobs.
The demonstration sites
The sites under Website examples are demonstrations for fictional businesses. Names, reviews, phone numbers and other details are placeholders. Their call buttons and forms are simulated: nothing dials, and nothing you type is sent or stored. They show design and function, not client results.
The free Call Leak Check
The self-serve check at check.thecallsmith.com has its own terms of use and privacy notice, which you accept on that page before it runs. It is general information, not professional advice, and its scores are Callsmith’s own checklist — not a Google score and not a prediction of where you appear.
Using this site
You’re welcome to read it, share links to it, and send it to anyone. Please don’t scrape it, overload or attack it, or copy its text, design or pricing structure to present as your own business.
Other companies
Links to Calendly, Google and other services take you to sites with their own terms and privacy policies. Callsmith is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google, Google Maps and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC. The Callsmith name, mark and site text belong to Callsmith LLC.
The usual limits
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate, but it can contain mistakes or go out of date, and we are not responsible for decisions made from the website alone. Your written agreement is what governs any work we do for you.
