What we keep, and for how long.

What this site collects
Nothing on its own. There is no account, no tracking pixel, and no form that stores what you type. The audit request form builds a text message or an email on your device; it's sent from your phone or your mail app, by you, and only when you press send. Our host, Cloudflare, records ordinary technical request data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to serve the site and defend it, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or cross-site tracking.
What you send us
When you request an audit, book a call, call, text, or email, we receive what you sent: your business name, city, phone number or email address, and anything you wrote. We use it to look at your listing, reply to you about your request, and, if you hire us, to do the work. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a list.
Texting
We text prospects one at a time, by hand, only at a number the business has published, and only about the request they made. Reply STOP to any text from us and we won't text you again. For clients on Protect, Grow, or Text-Back, the text-back service sends one message from the client's own number to a caller who just called that client, with opt-out in the first line; STOP is honored instantly and no follow-up sequences are sent. Standard messaging rates may apply.
How long we keep it
Audit requests that don't become clients are deleted 90 days after the last contact. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus 90 days, then deleted, except invoices and agreements we're required to keep for tax and legal reasons. A client's customers' phone numbers belong to the client; text-back logs are purged after 90 days.
Third parties
Calendly (booking), Google Workspace (email), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), and, for clients, Twilio (the text-back number) and Stripe (payments) each process information under their own policies. We give each one only what it needs to do its job.
