One shared job board, not four spreadsheets.

We bring your jobs out of scattered spreadsheets into one shared database. The office, the crew and your customers each see it their own way, and a change in one place shows up everywhere.

  • About 2 minutes
  • Made-up business, made-up customers
  • Runs in your browser. Nothing is sent.

From four files to one board

Example Drain Co. keeps its jobs in four places that don’t agree. Press “Bring it together” to merge them and pick the right value where they disagree. Then use the board from the office, from the technician’s phone and from a customer’s portal.

DemoMade-up business, files and customers. Nothing here is saved or sent anywhere. Often a standard tool is enough, and we’d tell you. This demo shows a custom one.

Four files, three people, the same jobs. Press “Bring it together”.

Before

Four files that disagree about the same jobs

The office manager keeps a jobs spreadsheet in the office. The owner has a separate copy. The technician keeps notes on a phone, and invoices live in the accounting software. Each one is a little different.

What doesn’t match

  • Customer 4’s unit 4B is “Booked” in one file and “DONE” in another.
  • Customer 2’s phone is in one file and missing from the other, and the Saturday time differs.
  • Customer 3 is written three ways. Nobody is sure which file is the real one.

Bring it together

The import matches what it can. A person settles the rest.

  • Reads the four files: 16 rows in all.
  • Matches entries that mean the same customer: “Cust. 2” is Customer 2, “Cust. 3” and “Customer #3” are Customer 3, “Cust. 4 #4B” is Customer 4 (4B).
  • Combines them into 7 jobs and fills in Customer 2’s phone, (555) 555-0142, from the owner’s copy.
  • Links invoice 0912 to Customer 7’s drain clearing, so that job is marked done.
  • Deletes nothing. The four files are kept as they were.

Two values disagree, so the import doesn’t guess. It asks a person:

  1. Customer 4 (4B): booked or done? Jobs.xlsx says booked for Thursday, and the technician’s notes say the toilet is running again. The “DONE” in the owner’s copy matches invoice 0871 from March 2025, an earlier visit. The office manager picks booked.
  2. Customer 2: which Saturday time? The office manager’s file says 9–11 AM, confirmed, saved Tuesday. The owner’s copy says 1–3 PM, saved Monday. The office manager picks 9–11 AM.

After

One shared board

New 1

  • Customer 6 Garbage disposal

Quoted 2

  • Customer 3 Main sewer line, quote #1043, $8,651
  • Customer 1 Water heater, 50-gal gas, $1,990 plus the expansion tank

Scheduled 3

  • Customer 4 (4B) Running toilet, today 1–3 PM, technician
  • Customer 4 (2C) Slow tub drain, today 1–3 PM, technician
  • Customer 2 Kitchen sink, Saturday 9–11 AM, technician

Done 1

  • Customer 7 Drain clearing, Tuesday

The same data, three ways

  • OfficeThe owner and the office manager see the board above. Every change from the crew or a customer shows up on it.
  • Crew phoneThe technician sees today’s jobs with a checklist, ticks the last item, adds a photo and marks unit 4B done. Its card moves to Done on the office board.
  • Customer portalCustomer 4’s property manager sees “Completed 2:40 PM, photo attached”. Customer 2 sees the Saturday booking. Customer 3 reads quote #1043 and approves it, and the card moves from Quoted to Scheduled.
In real use

What’s real, and what’s made up.

The same in real use

One database for your jobs, in an account your business owns, filled with what you already have. Each person gets the view they need: a board for the office, the day’s jobs on the crew’s phones, and a page where each customer sees their own job.

Made up for this demo

Example Drain Co., its files, its customers and every job here. The import is scripted and takes seconds. A real one is done with you, and every conflict is settled by a person. The job photo is a drawing.

What stays with you

Who sees what: each customer sees only their own jobs, and the crew sees the day’s work. The data stays in your business’s account and you can export it at any time. The work is scoped and quoted in writing before it starts.

Jobs spread across too many files?

Tell us where your jobs live today and who needs to see them. We’ll say whether a standard tool would do, or what a custom one would involve and cost, in writing.
